Old glass paperweight button with circle of coloured flowers on a pale blue base, under a dome of clear glass. I think the flowers are made from slices of coloured glass rods, in the millefiori technique, but not entirely sure. Metal loop shank is pressed directly into the glass on the back. Yellow spot on the back is inside the glass. The shank (like the button) has some age to it, so is a bit precarious tho still firm. Very pretty and unusual collectible.
