Cost of postage and shipping charges are shown below - there is one charge per order and this is the same whether you order one item or several. This will be added to your order when your select your Delivery Country.
Shipping charges covers the cost of postage, packing materials, and labour. For small orders to US and Europe, to save on costs, items are sent at the customer's risk without a tracking number, but if you prefer to pay the extra for "International Signed for", I am happy to arrange this - see details below.
Postage and packing charge for each order is:
UK | £2.70 From APRIL 2013, to avoid increasing my shipping charges, parcels which are small enough to be "Large Letter" will be still be sent by 1st class post, but other parcels will be sent by 2nd class post. Orders over £30 will be sent Recorded Delivery at no extra cost. |
| Europe | £3.30 ordinary air mail Orders over £35 (or to Italy) are sent International Signed For at no extra cost. |
| USA, Canada | £3.90 ordinary air mail Orders over £40 will be sent International Signed For at no extra cost. Orders below £40 will be sent by Ordinary Air Mail but at your own risk. If you prefer the tracked service, then please let me know. This will cost an additional £6. |
| Australia, NZ | £4 ordinary air mail Orders over £40 will be sent International Signed For at no extra cost. Orders below £40 will be sent by Ordinary Air Mail but at your own risk. If you prefer the tracked service, then please let me know. This will cost an additional £6. |
| Asia and Rest of the World | £8 Shipment to the rest of the world will be by International Signed For to ensure safe delivery. |
Sales Tax
Please note that, where aapplicalbe, the customer is responsible for paying any import charges or local sales taxes which may be levied by your country.
Refunds policy
When the buttons arrive, if you are not entirely satisfied, please use the contact page on the website to raise a query. If the buttons are then returned immediately, I will refund the cost of the buttons - but not the cost of the shipping.
