Antique silver buttons, lovely pierced design in the form of an Art Nouveau poppy (or anemone?) flower. Hallmarked on the edge with the maker’s initials initials SJ, lion for sterling silver, leopard’s head for London and date letter “k” for 1905. Very pretty. Price is per button.

Victorian celluloid button with fancy pressed white metal rim depicting pairs of petals, surrounding a cream celluloid centre. This is pierced by a gilt metal floral motif, with a circle of clear and red paste stones, surrounding a central foil backed paste. Grey metal back and loop shank. Slight patch of rust on the back but this does not affect the front. Very pretty

Antique mother of pearl button, delicately engraved with swags of leaves, roses, and other flowers filled in with gold and silver paint. The outer panels are hatched in fine lines, while the inner area is smooth. Iridescent, pinky brown tone with white on the back. Four-way metal box shank. A lovely collectable.

Backstamped GR but no other hallmarks, so sold as white metal. Nice quality detailed molding. Slight scratches commensurate with age but no major damage. Price is per button.
