Large Victorian celluloid button, with textured celluloid surface, shading from grey to cream, pierced by a circle of cut steels forming a flower motif in the centre. Brass border is pierced by another circle of facetted steels which look more gold in colour. Grey metal back and loop shank.

Vintage/antique mother of pearl button, decorated with incised circles. Grey metal pin shank. Slight spots of rust discolouration but nice thick quality.

Unusual vintage/antique glass buttons. These are clear glass with a green and white stripe and a blue dot inside the glass, laid over a sparkly gold background - looks like gold foil inside the glass. At first glance they could be 20th century studio glass, but the shank is a four-way box shank with thread grooves which would indicate an earlier date. So a bit of a mystery to me, but very pretty and nice quality.

Large, vintage/antique metal button, with detailed pressed brass image of the Royal Coat of Arms, attached to textured metal base. Flat base, which is reinforced as the top rolls over the edge. Metal loop shank. Full detailed coat of arms supported by lion and unicorn either side, crown above and motto below.

Surrounded by a pretty metal (silver?) border with engraved design. This connects the front to a brass back with shallow stud type shank. Slight age related wear to the surface but very pretty.
